Inspiron 24 5488, microphone echoing

​Hi,​

​My Inspiron 24 5488 desktop built-in microphone echoes a lot and the sound is also muffled. I have tried uninstalling the Realtek driver and same happens with native high definition driver. I reinstalled Realtek and the problem persists.​

​Any ideas of how to fix the issue?​
